I have a torn meniscus and, consequently, pain when I stand for long periods. I use Osteoprotect because it is the best natural anti-inflammatory. During flare-ups, when the pain is severe, I take 1 capsule after a meal 3 times a day, then 1 capsule a day for a 3-month course.
