Adams Vision SRL will be hereinafter referred to as “Adams Supplements”, “the Merchant”, “the Operator”, “the Seller” or “the Company”.

By accessing, browsing or using the Website, as well as by placing an order, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Website and do not place orders through it.

2. Applicable legal framework

The relations between Adams Vision SRL and the users or customers of the Website are governed by the applicable Romanian and European legislation, including, but not limited to:

Government Ordinance no. 21/1992 on consumer protection, with subsequent amendments and completions;
Emergency Government Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, with subsequent amendments and completions;
Law no. 363/2007 on combating unfair commercial practices of traders in relation to consumers, with subsequent amendments and completions;

5. The Adams Supplements domain and brand

The domain adamssupplements.com, the Adams Supplements brand, trade names, logos, visual elements and distinctive signs used on the Website belong to Adams Vision SRL or are used by it under legal rights.

It is prohibited to use, without the prior, express and written consent of Adams Vision SRL, the following:

the Adams Supplements trademark;
the domain adamssupplements.com;
the logos and emblems;
trade names;
images and distinctive brand elements;
meta tags, keywords or other indexing techniques using the name Adams Supplements;
any names, domains or visual elements likely to create confusion with the Adams Supplements brand.

No provision of this document may be interpreted as granting the user a license or right to use the trademarks, trade names or intellectual property elements belonging to Adams Vision SRL.

6. Product information

The products displayed on adamssupplements.com are marketed by Adams Vision SRL.

A price change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed by Adams Vision SRL, except in cases where the displayed price resulted from an obvious error.

The price applicable to an order is the one shown at the time of order completion and subsequently confirmed by the Seller.

The customer is obliged to check, before submitting the order:

the selected products;
the quantities ordered;
the applicable prices;
any discounts;
delivery costs;
the total order value.

In the event of an obvious price display error, Adams Vision SRL will inform the customer and offer them the possibility to confirm the order at the correct price or to cancel it at no cost.

8. Website availability

Adams Vision SRL makes reasonable efforts to keep the Website operational and to ensure the accuracy of the information published.

Access to the Website may be temporarily suspended or restricted when maintenance, updates, security or technical defect fixes are performed.
