It contains carbohydrates such as dextrose and maltodextrin which help faster digestion, which means energy levels are restored immediately after loss. It contains a balanced amino acid profile that helps muscle recovery after training, and the added vitamins and minerals improve nutrient absorption. Weight Gainer dissolves easily in water or other liquids and is easily digestible.
