Coconut oil contains about 50% lauric acid, which helps regulate cholesterol levels and blood pressure. It does not raise cholesterol and reduces the occurrence of arterial lesions.
Coconut oil is semi-solid up to a temperature of 25°C, after which it becomes liquid.

Store in a dry place, away from light and heat sources. At temperatures below 25°C, it may solidify – gently warm by placing the container in warm water.
