Delivery Policy – Adams Supplements

At Adams Supplements, we are committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and without hidden costs.

1. Delivery Costs

• Shipping is free for all orders over 200 RON
• Shipping within Romania, for orders under 200 RON, costs 19 RON.
• The currency used for all transactions: RON.

2. Where We Deliver

• Delivery directly to the customer's address, by courier, or to easybox lockers

3. Order Processing

To enjoy the fastest possible delivery:

• Orders placed before 14:00 (GMT+02:00 – Bucharest) are processed the same day.
• Orders placed after the cutoff time are processed the next business day.

4. Handling Time

• Minimum: 1 day
• Maximum: 2 business days
• Order processing: Monday – Friday

5. Transit Time

• Valid for all destinations within the country.
• Minimum: 1 day
• Maximum: 5 days
• Shipping: Monday – Friday

6. Total Estimated Delivery Time

📦 1-5 business days, depending on the time the order was placed.

In practice, if you place your order before 14:00, in most cases it arrives the next day.

7. Orders with Incomplete or Suspicious Data

We reserve the right not to ship orders if:

• the information provided is incorrect
• there are suspicions regarding the authenticity of the order.

8. Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is not collected within 10 days from the courier/post office, it will automatically be returned to us.
