It is the most common form of cinnamon and is most often used as a spice. This type of cinnamon is used in Chinese medicine to help regulate blood sugar in diabetics.

How to use: As a food supplement, take 2 capsules before each meal. Do not administer more than 6 capsules/day. To be consumed preferably, before the date marked on the package. Do not exceed recommended dose for daily consumption.
